Our Story

 

The Short Version:

 

We met through our friends, Matthew and Jacquelyn, in late 2004.

Our first date was on January, 8 2005 in San Francisco.

On September 13, 2008, we were engaged in Napa, in the vineyards of Charles Krug.

 

The Longer Version:

 

Quite some time ago...

Lee met Jacquelyn in a study-abroad program in Taiwan.

Meanwhile, John met Matthew at UC Berkeley in the dorms Freshman year of college.

Years later...

John and Matthew went to their friend Richard's birthday party in 2003, where they met Jackie.

Matthew and Jacquelyn began dating.

They tried to introduce John to Lee on a hiking trip to Yosemite...

But John didn't go.

Matthew and Jacquelyn tried again.

There was a potluck at John's condo.

That's where Lee met John.

...And the rest is history!
